		<description>Paggasus - Arepas are very similar to Mexican sopes, but they're different in that they usually have cheese in the dough and they're usually not stuffed or topped with anything. Normally, you get a greasy, cheese one in a piece of wax paper. Those are really delicious, too :)</description>

		<description>These look delicious! I just watched a Bobby Flay Throwdown the other day that featured these. The women who owned the restaurant were from Venezuela, I believe. 

They seem similar to Mexican sopes. How are they different?</description>
