I think I&#039;ll try the &#039;Summer&#039; version for an upcoming breakfast meeting at the office. It sounds easy enough to throw together when I get up in the morning, and then pop it in the oven while I finish getting ready. Perfect!</description>

		<description>patricia - you most certainly can. I made it in the morning and served it into individual tupperware and reheated from there. You probably don&#039;t want to leave it in the casserole dish because the veggies give off a lot of liquid when they cook.</description>

I can&#039;t believe anyone could hate cheese! It&#039;s just not possible. BUT, you can definitely make this without the cheese. The polenta will still get crisp and brown and make a nice crust. Maybe you can put cheese on half of it?</description>
