I wonder if I could use a Bisquick (cringe!) crust, adjusted with the seasonings in your crust recipe.   I seem to remember my mom making a Bisquick pot pie a loooooooong time ago with a crust that looked similar to your empanada.  Here&#039;s to hoping!</description>
