Hello, this my name is Melissa Camero Ainslie and I love food. I’m a grocery store junkie and have been known to hit up 3+ markets in one day. Currently, global burden of disease I live in sunny Miami with my amazing husband and dishwasher Tom, tuberculosis our beautiful daughter Olivia (Liv), and a very small, very loud rat terrier named Mussels.
I’m a proud Cuban-American who spent 8 long winters in Boston and New York City before regaining my sanity and buying a condo steps from the beach. I am at my best with a cold beer in my hand and my toes in the sand.
When it comes to my kitchen, I love to cook anything from my mom’s famously amazing Arroz con Pollo to homemade granola bars and flank steak stuffed with spinach, feta and artichokes.
